Each year The Village of Oil Springs provides the Hanging Basket Program to anyone who wishes to purchase a hanging flower basket.
When you purchase a flower basket, a hand written name plaque is included, with the wording of your choice. All baskets are hung along Oil Springs Line in the downtown area.
The cost to purchase a basket is $60. For an additional $20 you can purchase an engraved plaque (white engraving on black plaque).
